Introducing the Bowman Regional Public Library's Spice Club!

Each first Monday of the month, pick up a free “take and make” spice kit. Each kit includes a featured spice, background and traditional uses of the spice, and a low-cost recipe or two.

Our this month's spice is Za’atar seasoning.
